Okay, wanted to ask.

( All the kids, or most, seem to inherit a lot from their mothers (or fathers in F!Morgan and Lucina’s cases) but what about the opposite parent?

What’s you’re headcanon for children inheriting traits from their other parents?

EX: Henry!Inigo sometimes performs cursed dances, Vaike!Noire is really ripped, etc. )

Knockout hates the Insecticons because he associates them with Airachnid and the death of his Breaky-boo unnnngh i ship it so hard that it hurts

plotdesigner: awayan: more Amon the spirit and he ended up being more purple instead of reddish black oh well time to delve more into the Amon the spirit headcanon Okay so when Noatak and Amon made the deal: energy bending secrets+plus body possession in exchange for no bloodbending or other types. Noatak didn’t seek Amon outright. After being on his own for so long, Noatak probably gave up on his life, depression and stuff (this trait is going to be super important later on) and along the way he meets with Amon. Not immediately. Amon the spirit is this chillax dude who is totally in shenanigans with Koh the Face Stealer or at least they hang out. Koh is definitely the sassier one out of them. He’ll be the one most likely to find Noatak, going all “he has a nice face”. Can’t deny it. Noatak is one fine mofo. Amon is interested because gdi koh won’t shut up and finds out that Noatak hates bending. They team up, Noatak reluctant, but he agrees with the spirit’s will. Possibly a trait he picked up from his mom about spirituality and being in tune with the spirits. Don’t got to be avatar to know the greater beyond and stuff. Amon goes with Noatak’s revolutionary ideas, some of it from Koh’s annoying talks about getting involved with humans because it’s fun and to pass the time and the other parts are genuinely for Noatak’s pride. So Amon the spirit wants to teach the bending world where true power lies. Okay i’m gonna time skip to when the finale with all the blood bending. Amon left. That’s what happened. Because Noatak broke his deal but Amon made things complicated by pursuing the Lieutenant into a relationship. Noatak is like this wasn’t part of the deal. Amon is like so what, it’s not set specifically. So Noatak blood bends, not to spite Amon, he’s a grown man sheesh. He blood bends because Amon was over reaching boundaries on their partnership. Amon vamoosed from Noatak’s body and Noatak is in a panic. When they were most in tune, Amon the Revolutionary, the icon, the man, was the best of they both had to offer. Now that one piece is gone from the equation. Amon the Revolutionary broke apart. Noatak is blood bending like crazy. He gives no fucks basically. Doesn’t know how to deal with the lieutenant and on instinct blood bends the poor guy.  Noatak lets the ending happens as it should because it should’ve ended a long time ago. So he doesn’t stop Tarrlok. Behind the scenes, Amon the spirit lingers to watch over the lieutenant. It was a silly impulse but he finds Lieu looking over the ocean and he gets this weird feeling. Amon waves it off. But they’ll meet again. Amon would have his own realm. Just like Koh. Lieu could possibly have an out of body experience. Korrah’s doing most likely though unintentional. Or he finds an old temple dedicated to Amon the spirit. The mask’s markings being a major tip off. Maybe Lieu found a surviving Noatak who spills the beans and he ends up going tomb raider for some answers. He’s persistent enough to do it. i’ll shut up now.
